Which character from this vampire film would you play?
A casting call will go out soon for the film adaptation of my vampire novel, Fiona’s Guardians. This short film, written and directed by Stuart R. Wahlin, will use locations in Rockford, Illinois.
As of this writing there’s practically no budget for the film so student actors and crew members are welcome. We’re also inviting pros who are between jobs and looking to be part of a unique project that has legs. It was only a year ago when Artists’ Ensemble Theater adapted my novel for their Mysterious Journey podcast. My goal is to eventually see my book turned into a full-length film or streaming series.
To build awareness of the current film, now in pre-production, Wahlin put together a teaser video which I’m calling a “moving storyboard.” For those interested in auditioning, this will provide info about the characters, scenes, and story line.
