Let’s collaborate on a short film

Calling all talented filmmakers. My vampire novel, Fiona’s Guardians, has already been adapted for an audio podcast, and I’m thinking the next level is a film version based on a few chapters, about 20 minutes long. Black and white seems perfect for this, but I’m not here to interfere with your process.

What I am here to do is grant a license to a director looking to make a compelling visual statement. I can’t promise much up front but would be curious to hear your terms. Once you read the book, I’m confident you’ll see this project has legs. And if it can get adapted once, it almost certainly deserves another bite at the jugular. I’ll be happy to provide a free copy of my novel to any serious inquirer.

Message me on Twitter @danklefstad or on LinkedIn. I look forward to hearing your ideas about introducing Fiona the vampire to new audiences.
